Mt. Wilson Day Hike is a 13.6-mile loop hike. Hikers will climb up to Mt. Wilson (5,713ft.) peak and back. It's a strenuous day hike that has a 4,740 ft elevation gain. Hikers will be under pressure to finish the relatively long hike with the sun setting much earlier now. High school scouts or younger scouts with significant experience are recommended. Because this is an impromptu outing, only miles-hiked will be credited to hikers. If you're up to the challenge, please signup ASAP so we can figure out how many cars we need. Signup Sheet
