Here is some information and downloads to help you with your Merit Badge study and knowledge. You should prepare to set aside time to work with your counselor once you sign up for the Merit Badge.

2. Download & Read the Merit Badge Pamphlet you wish to complete from here:  Merit Badge Library

3. Download & fill out the Merit Badge Worksheets from here:  Merit Badge Requirements and Worksheets. 

4. Discuss with Scout Master and contact a Merit Badge Counselor to do your merit badge. You can find the list of counselors here.

5. While filling a worksheet is not mandatory, we highly recommend you do it since the counselor will follow the instructions & requirements on the worksheet.

6. Once the schedule is published in the Monday meetings or Troop email, join the meeting with your counselor and other scouts.

7. If the requirement asks you to "Explain/Discuss", be prepared to explain or discuss it with your counselor.

8. Sometimes requirements may require tracking your activities, speaking to a public official, etc. Plan those activities with your counselor!
