Time: 5.00pm (Scout Rehearsal and Setup); Start - 5.30pm
It's that time of the year again! We will be having our Fall 2025 Court of Honor. This is primarily a scout run ceremony where we will recognize scout achievements (rank advancements, merit badges, and awards) since the last CoH (generally held twice a year).
A few other things:
-Uniform
Scouts: please wear full Class A uniform with neckerchiefs and sliders, sashes, and patches with closed toed shoes.
Parents: If you have a uniform, please look to wear it.
-Rehearsal and setup
Scouts and those parents who can help with setup, please arrive at 5:00pm. We will have access to the facility at that time. Do not enter the facility before our reserved time (5.00pm).
-Potluck Dinner
Please see below for food allocations. Last time we had about the right amount of food so if we can use that as a baseline that would be great (we should be looking at having roughly 100 people there).

I will prepare water, individual forks and spoons, and plates.
Please fill out the signup sheet below (if you are bringing guests, place # in others).
On the potluck page, please enter an item and type to avoid duplication and balance protein/carbs.
No soda. No access to the kitchen. Bring serving utensils (not individual) for your particular items.

More information to follow soon. Deadline will likely be 9th or 10th of Nov (in a couple weeks), but please submit as soon as possible (see email from Kavitha sent on Oct 12th for instructions) to avoid our scramble near the event.
Please understand that we will be exceptionally pressed for time, so for any late submissions the scout will get their award in the following CoH.
-Historians
Start to prepare the Historian Presentation if you have not started already
Please try to take pictures at the CoH when possible and upload to album
-Scout leadership, MC’s, Color Guards, Historians, Bugler
Please make every effort to attend coordinated training outside the usual troop meeting location.

5.30-7.55pm Main Program
7.55-8.40pm Potluck
8.40-9.00pm Cleanup
Please stay after the potluck to clean and restore to the exact beginning condition. We need to get out by 9pm sharp to avoid penalties.
