A few things:
Uniform
Scouts: please wear full Class A uniform with neckerchiefs and sliders, sashes, and patches with closed toed shoes.
Parents: If you have a uniform, please look to wear it.
Rehearsal and setup
Scouts, please arrive at 5:30 pm for rehearsal and setup. We will have access to the facility at that time. Do not enter the facility before 5.30pm.
Potluck Dinner
Please see below for food allocations. If possible, error on the side of bringing more as we were short of mains to feed everyone (we should be looking at having 100-150 people there). Some comments on having more proteins and little less on pasta/noodles/rice (we can use the potluck page to balance all that).

I will prepare water, individual forks and spoons, and plates.
One webpage is up, please fill out signup sheet (if you are bringing guests, place # in others).
On the potluck page, please enter item and type to avoid duplication and balance protein/carbs.
No soda. No access to kitchen. Bring serving utensils.

Please stay after the potluck to clean and restore to the exact beginning condition. We need to get out by 9pm sharp to avoid penalties.
The Court of Honor is a chance for scouts to feel proud of their accomplishments over the past term. It is recommended that all scouts attend.

Due to COVID-19, all participants of troop outings must fill out two consent forms: BSA Activity Consent Form and Troop Consent Form. Starting from carpooling, all participants must practice safety measures throughout the entire outing, such as social distancing or wearing face masks. Make sure to exercise proper judgement and maintain good personal hygiene, such as bringing hand sanitizer.
*** Scouts' behaviors should be in accordance with Scout Oath and Scout Laws. Horseplay, physical violence, harassment, initiation rites, bullying, theft, verbal insults, ..., are prohibited. It's of the utmost importance that scouts follow instructions, especially during outings. Otherwise scout, not only put himself in danger, he also endangers those around him. Guardians are responsible for their scouts' manners.
