A few things:
Scouts, please arrive at 6 pm for rehearsal and setup. We will have access to the facility at that time. We all need to be out by 9pm sharp.
This will be a potluck. Last names Q-Z bring fruits, salads, deserts. All others bring mains. After that is determined, please fill in the "notes" section if possible with what you plan to bring so we can avoid duplication. Please also bring serving utensils if necessary. Kitchen will only be for storage.
All scouts please wear full Class A uniform with neckerchiefs and sliders, sashes, and patches with closed toed shoes.
For parents that have a uniform, it would be great if you can wear it.
Family members and potential scouts are welcome to attend!
We would like to get an idea of the number of people attending. This will help with planning. Please fill out the scout/adult/scout master portion as well as the "others" if you have guests.
Historians, please try to take pictures at the CoH when possible.
The Court of Honor is a chance for scouts to feel proud of their accomplishments over the past term. It is recommended that all scouts attend.
