A few things:
Rank/merit badge advancements and Totin’ Chip/Firemn’ Chit award for scouts should be submitted as soon as possible and no later than before 5pm on Tuesday April 25th which will be the day after the last Board of Review (BoR) for this CoH to have it included. If you do not meet the deadline, then we will include it in the next CoH.
Please submit advancements immediately to Bala and cc Giri. Rank advancements are not complete until the BoR is signed off (except for scout, which will be the Scoutmaster conference). Do not submit rank advancements otherwise.
MC training session: April 17th 6.30pm meet outside usual troop meeting. Script should have been thoroughly practiced by then both individually and with the MC team.
Two coordinated training sessions (scout leadership, MC’s, Color Guards, Historians, Bugler should make every effort to attend): (1) Apr 24th 6.30pm meet outside the usual troop meeting location and (2) Apr 30th 6.00pm (the day of the CoH).
Scouts, please arrive at 6 pm for rehearsal and setup. We will have access to the facility at that time and are dealing with a tight schedule.
This will be a potluck. Details will follow on which families will bring the main courses, fruits/salads, and desserts. After that is determined, please fill in the "notes" section if possible with what you plan to bring so we can avoid duplication. Please also bring serving utensils if necessary. Kitchen will only be for storage.
All scouts please wear full Class A uniform with neckerchiefs and sliders, sashes, and patches with closed toed shoes.
For parents that have a uniform, it would be great if you can wear it.
Family members and potential scouts are welcome to attend!
We would like to get an idea of the number of people attending. This will help with planning. Please fill out the scout/adult/scout master portion as well as the "others" if you have guests.
Historians, please try to take pictures at the CoH when possible.
The Court of Honor is a chance for scouts to feel proud of their accomplishments over the past term. It is recommended that all scouts attend.
