A few things:
All scouts please wear full Class A uniform with neckerchiefs and sliders, sashes, and patches with closed toed shoes.
For parents that have a uniform, it would be great if you can wear it.
Family members and potential scouts are welcome to attend!
Scouts, please arrive at 4:00 pm for rehearsal and setup. We will have access to the facility at that time.
We would like to get an idea of the number of people attending. Please fill out the scout/adult/scout master portion as well as the "others" if you have guests.
This will not be a potluck dinner. Instead it will be a potluck snacks and desserts (chips, cookies, etc). Please fill in the "notes" section with what you will plan to bring so that we can try to avoid duplication.
