OCRM has the list of activities that our troop could volunteer for:
Landscaping and Gardening
Staining various wooden structures
Clearing out and cleaning buildings
Demolition of various areas
However, this may change depending on if they still require these projects to be completed this Saturday.
Scouts will not need to stay for the entire project but there are waivers that need to be signed before noon. Scouts that are willing to participate will have to join the troop in the morning to ensure that all waivers are signed. In addition, parents may have to stick around for the first 30 minutes to sign waivers.
Questions to the volunteer coordinator of OCRM (regarding more details on the waivers) are waiting on a reply.
