2020 Laguna Coast Wilderness Day Hike

When the lock down is over we will want to get to started with activity/outings rather quickly. We will be halfway through the hiking season. We need EVERY SCOUT to make one or two hikes between now and July 1. In our backyard is Laguna Coast Wilderness Park. Start at Ridge Park (open) lots of street parking. Use your best judgement- social distancing, mask, whatever your parents are telling you. these are biking trails too, no credit for biking. Keep a log- have your parent sign the log- If you get your parent to hike- extra credit. You can use actual miles hiked. We will give you some hiking mile credits for your Scout book. Suggestions: Approx. 10 mile Hike - getting ready for the Sierras.
