If we have snow and snow camp THEN we will re-schedule 22 Rifle Merit Badge. Scouts ONLY at this time- no non-scouts and (no Dads currently). We will have a second merit badge day if there is enough interest.
If conditions are right, the plan is we will ski/shoe several miles on a road to flat area.
We will camp at a likely spot--we don’t need a stream since we can melt snow for water.
It is a fairly gentle climb and all downhill coming back.
There are some gentle slopes to practice skiing and falling down. We can tow sleds.
Activities at the meadow may include building an igloo or snow shelter and snowball fight.
