After 4 years of drought, we are finally able to do our Lake Isabella and Kern River Rafting trip. A reservoir off Kern River, Lake Isabella is the perfect place to do water activities. Not only that, on Sunday, we will be able to raft down Kern River. This is a great trip for scouts to get requirements done and to have fun while school is going on. There are two different plans for the whitewater rafting, Plan A and Plan B. Plan A is a plan for the younger scouts, also known as double blitz, this includes class I-III rapids. On the other hand, Plan B is not for the lighthearted. From class III-IV, Plan B is definitely a more wet and wild ride. Please specify when signing up which plan you will be choosing.
Plans for Kern River Rafting: Please specify when signing up (in Notes)
Plan A (Double Blitz): $65, class I-III, ages 8+
Plan B: $115, class III-IV, ages 12+
*** The final payment was paid on May 3, 2016. The Cancellation Policy of rafting company: If you cancel, for any reason, less than 30 days prior to your trip date, you are not eligible for a refund or store credit. Written cancellation notice received by our office more than 30 days prior to the trip date will result in a refund of your deposit paid less a $15 per person processing fee. If you must cancel at the last minute, try to find a friend to take your place. *** The suggestion for people who want to cancel is, find people to take your spots to avoid being charged.

*** Scouts' behaviors should be in accordance with Scout Oath and Scout Laws. Horseplay, physical violence, harassment, initiation rites, bullying, theft, verbal insults, ..., are prohibited. It's of the utmost importance that scouts follow instructions especially during outings. Otherwise scout, not only put himself in danger, he also endangers those around him. Guardians are responsible for their scouts' manners.***
