At Joshua Tree National Park, our troop does compass course, map orientation, and short distance hiking. We also have fun climbing and hopping around rocks. At night, scouts play
flashlight tag and enjoy Mr. A's famous Dutch oven, which is full of delicious onions, eggs, and mushrooms.
Departure: 4:30PM Friday, November 4 from Mr. A's house
Return: Afternoon, Sunday, November 6

*** Scouts should obey the Leave No Trace rules and be considerate of other visitors. Scouts should respect other visitors and protect the quality of their experience especially in the visiting of national parks, museums, and visitor centers.
*** Scouts' behaviors should be in accordance with Scout Oath and Scout Laws. Horseplay, physical violence, harassment, initiation rites, bullying, theft, verbal insults, ..., are prohibited. It's of the utmost importance that scouts follow instructions especially during outings. Otherwise scout, not only put himself in danger, he also endangers those around him. Guardians are responsible for their scouts' manners.
*** Troop policy: friends and guests are welcome to participate in troop activities if their consent form/health form are submitted and if they have a responsible adult company.
