2015 Lake Powell Houseboat Summer Camp Registration

• Since it's a huge financial commitment to the troop to manage this once-in-a-lifetime trip:Please sign up as soon as possible to express your interest.

• Please pay non-refundable $150 deposit to secure a spot and the early-bird price for your scout by Dec. 1, 2014, the next installment of $200 by Feb. 1, 2015, and the remainder by Mar. 1, 2015. Please make checks payable to Troop 622. Mr. Kushal Dutta will follow up regarding collection of the payments.

Anyone paying deposit after first 24 spots are filled will be put on a waiting list on a first-come-first-served basis. We may be able to book an extra boat if there is enough interest – however that may alter the overall cost per head.

• Caveat: price may increase for late signups due to potential 40-50% rate increase to book additional boat(s). The final cost which includes food and fuel will be determined by Mar. 15, 2015. Security deposit of scouts on the waiting list will be refunded by Mar. 1, 2015 if we can't manage to get a spot for your scout,

• For emergency drop out after paying deposit, it's your responsibility to find a replacement from the waiting list.

There will be restrictions on how many adults can go due to space constraint. The adults will have to pay as well, due the overall cost involved. We will figure out the adult payment schedule after the parents meeting.
